As a Certified Professional Inspector CPI®, I have undergone rigorous training and qualification processes. I have completed the challenging Inspector Exam and adhere to an extensive Standards of Practice, reflecting my dedication to a comprehensive assessment of your property. Guided by a steadfast Code of Ethics, I consistently maintain my membership in good standing through accredited Continuing Education courses, ensuring I remain at the forefront of industry advancements.
The journey to certification is marked by in-depth inspection courses encompassing every facet of a home's interior and exterior. From foundational elements to heating and cooling systems, roofing, plumbing, and electrical infrastructure, I cover all common and critical areas of concern for potential homebuyers. I am a graduate of the prestigious InterNACHI® School—a singular institution offering the nationally accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
Why Hound Dog Property Inspections, LLC?
The name "Hound Dog Property Inspections" is inspired by Daphne, my beloved bloodhound rescue. Daphne has been a constant source of joy and inspiration, and her story motivated me to name my business in her honor. But her influence goes beyond just the name—Daphne has inspired me to give back to the community.
As part of my mission, I’ve started a charitable fund. With every inspection I perform, a portion of the proceeds is donated to a dog shelter of my choice. My goal is to support local shelters and help rescue dogs like Daphne find loving homes. One day, I hope to expand this mission by owning and operating my own dog shelter, where I can make an even bigger impact on the lives of dogs in need.
